IB在中国已经有30多年的历史，很多IB幼儿园和教育工作者都积累了丰富的本土化和融合经验。为了更好的支持IB候选和授权幼儿园，发挥IB项目优势，满足中国国家教育政策需求，《IB PYP（幼儿园阶段）本土化实施指南》已在IB项目资源中心（Programme Resource Centre）发布，该文件旨在更好地服务于中国的学前教育阶段，把IB框架中的优势，比如探究式教学、概念驱动、学习方法、超学科学习、激发儿童能动性等先进的方法，更好地融入到幼儿园日常教学当中。

2023年3月22日，诚邀幼儿园阶段领域的教育同仁们一同参与《IB PYP（幼儿园阶段）本土化实施指南》发布会。

The International Baccalaureate (IB) is a global leader in international education—developing inquiring, knowledgeable, confident, and caring young people. Our programmes empower school-aged students to take ownership of their learning and help them develop future-ready skills to make a difference and thrive in a world that changes fast.

For over 50 years, our four programmes provide a rigorous, consistent framework and the flexibility to tailor students’education according to their culture and context. IB respects the educational policy of different countries and hopes to contribute to the development of local education through advanced teaching and learning pedagogy and philosophy. 

Over the past thirty years, IB world schools in China have been accumulating rich experiences on how to localize and integrate IB programmes with the national curriculum. To better support IB candidate and authorized kindergartens to take advantage of IB programmes, to fulfil the requirements of China education policies, and to develop their school featured curriculum, the IB PYP in the Early Years Integration Guidance Documents are now available on the Programme Resource Centre (PRC). These guidance documents provide examples on how IB kindergartens can better contribute to China's compulsory education, and to integrate the pedagogies of IB programmes like inquiry-based learning, concept-driven, approach to learning, transdisciplinary and interdisciplinary, agency and others, into the classroom and daily teaching.
