Beijing Private Huijia School

HuiJia school was established in 1993 which is one of the earliest schools in China certified by the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO), serving approximately 2000 students in grades K–12, and around 500 staff members, including around 50 international teachers from different countries. The school has always adhered to the school philosophy of "Innovative, Distinctive and Global". It is one of the largest and earliest private schools in Beijing.

Up to now, more than 3000 students have graduated from here and entered their dream top universities around the world, including Oxford, Cambridge, Chicago, Cornell, etc.

 

As one of earliest IB school in Mainland China, it currently offers the IB PYP, MYP and DP programs. It is a WASC initially accredited school and one of the founders of CISA(Chonghua International School Association). As the flagship school of Microsoft, Huijia and Microsoft are committed to creating an innovative school facing the future. In the past 29 years, it has very good practices and experiences in the blending of the best of Western and Chinese educational

philosophy and curriculum, which has shown pretty good results.

 

Huijia has a big and modern 52- acre campus, featuring state-of the-art academic, residential, artistic, and athletic facilities. Particularly noteworthy are the school’s excellent athletic facilities, which include five sports domes with fresh-air systems, one of the few year-round ice hockey rinks in China, multiple swimming pools, a golf training center, multi-purpose fitness areas, two gyms, equestrian facilities, multiple sports fields, and an outdoor track.
